Michelin-starred indulgence at our doorstep

Jet setting around the globe to dine at various Michelin-starred establishments will soon be a thing of the past. Resorts World Sentosa, title partner of Michelin Guide Singapore, brings us Art at Curate, a Michelin-starred dining experience right on our sunny island.

Held at Curate restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa, epicureans will indulge in the troves of delights and embark on exciting dining experiences as Art at Curate organises a series of culinary pop-up events by Michelin-starred chefs. Visiting chefs will not only create exclusive menus during their time of visit but will also team up with Curate’s resident chef to design a signature menu to be served in between installations.

Kicking things off at Asia’s first Michelin chef showcase restaurant on 29 April is Massimiliano Alajmo, head of fifth-generation family-owned La Calandre restaurant in Italy. From then till 6 May, the three-starred Michelin chef will be whipping up innovative dishes created within the creative laboratory and culinary research centre in La Calandre itself. He’ll also showcase signature delights from his La Calandre menu including Apparenza, a cold-cooked dentex served in two oyster shell halves and Pier-Engelini, red shrimp tails served with chickpea purée and capers. As you spoil yourself silly immersing yourself in Alajmo’s multi-sensory cooking approach dish after dish, accompany each bite with handpicked limited edition wine pairings selected by reviewers at Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.

Thereafter, diners may pay a return visit and indulge in a collaborative menu designed by Alajmo and Curate’s resident chef, before the second Michelin-starred chef comes on board for the next installation.

Due to Curate’s intimate seating capacity of 62, reservations for Art at Curate are essential. Walk-ins will not be entertained. The restaurant, located on the first floor, impresses with an inviting and unique enchanted garden entrance. The interior sets the tone with marble, wood and grey tones, while the open kitchen and standalone wine cellar creates a captivating backdrop.

Three other collaborations by Art at Curate will follow from 8-15 July, 16-26 September, and 4-11 November. Prices start from S$220++ for a four-course lunch, and from S$380++ for an eight-course dinner.
