Hilton has recently added the South-East Asian region to its extensive list of over 50 Stay & Play golfing package locations worldwide, rather appropriate since it has been a partner of the Asian Tour since September last year.
This expansion comprises three golf courses in the region, namely the Laguna National Golf and Country Club in Singapore, the Royale Jakarta Golf Club in Indonesia and the Black Mountain Championship Golf Course in Thailand. These Stay & Play packages will also include a two-night stay at participating Hilton Group properties in the region.
More interesting is the addition of several region-specific packages as part of the Hilton Hhonors Access programme. Offering ‘money-can’t-buy experiences’, Hilton Hhonors members can use accumulated loyalty points to bid for a chance to tee off with Asian Tour professionals at the Macau Open Pro-Am, the Indonesian Masters Pro-Am or at the Serapong course in Singapore.
If playing a round or two isn’t quite to your liking, you may use your points to bid for passes to the hospitality marquee at the UBS Hong Kong Open. Suffice it to say, slots for all the above events are highly limited.
In addition to golf and golf-related activities, the Hilton Hhonors Access programme also offers activities aimed at motor racing fans (with the McLaren-Honda team at the Singapore Grand Prix) and music lovers (a backstage meet-and-greet session with Halsey in Pittsburgh).
