  • Overview Details

Dining takes on an added dimension at Marini’s on 57. From the Kuala Lumpur skyline to the inventive dishes, every meal offers something extraordinary. This month, the most expensive pairing menu created by Marini’s on 57 is on the table for Robb Report readers. It starts with 50g of Russian beluga caviar with iced citron and vodka, followed by Belon oyster on ice, smoked Balik salmon and copious flutes of Louis Roederer Cristal.

Dinner proper then commences, with black Perigord truffle, and white truffles from Alba on tagliolini paired with a Vincent Girardin vintage. The Wagyu with a marbling score of 12 is then served with bordelaise sauce and a delicious Masseto. Predessert comes in the form of a fired bomboloni with pure blueberry cream and a parfait of milk and Italian meringue with a rare assortment of gelato. The menu includes six variants of cheeses.
