4-course Home of the Stars degustation menu at Lighthouse restaurant

After two successful seasons, The Fullerton Hotel’s Home of the Stars showcase is back for its third edition at The Lighthouse restaurant. This year, the hotel has invited Luigi Salomone, chef of one-Michelin starred Piazzetta Milu in Naples, Italy.
You’ll get to savour some of Salomone’s signatures at The Lighthouse from 9 to 14 October. There’s the Tuscan tomato bread soup with salty pecorino and cured lard. Then there’s also the beef tartare with truffle and horseradish. Given how Italians go absolutely nuts over coffee, the bean naturally finds its way to one of the dishes, the coffee-flavoured Tagliatella with prawns and orange zest.
Dessert-wise, you won’t go wrong with the the rum-soaked Neapolitan baba cake topped with yoghurt and fresh berries.
The four-course degustation menu is priced at $108++ per person, while the five-course menu is priced at $128++ per person. An a la carte menu is also available.
