The Ultimate Recovery Brunch at Burlamacco Ristorante
Bored of the repetitious brunch menus of town? Fret not, Burlamacco Ristorante is not only bringing its signature Tuna Tartare and Linguine Lobster to the brunch scene, but in a buffet style too.
Located in the heart of Chinatown’s Amoy Steet, Burlamacco Ristorante is named and fashioned after a carnival mask. True to its name and decor, it’ll liven your weekends with an Italian feast.
For $48++, indulge in chef Gabriele Piegaia’s classic creations, including grilled beef tenderloins in Marsala wine sauce, seabass Carpaccio, and unsurprisingly, a variety of pastas.
For an added $30++, you’ll get a free-flow of Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini, Prosecco and wines to complete your epicurean adventure (kept to a time limit for two hours). A non-alcoholic drink option is available at $12++.
But that is not all. For one day only, on 12 November, in celebration of the restaurant’s fifth birthday, chef Gabriele and his team are throwing the ultimate Burlamacco Birthday Brunch party. For just $48++, the full spread of a la carte specialties will be made available, and along with select free-flow alcoholic beverages.
The buffet brunch is available between 11.30am and 2.30pm every Saturday and Sunday.
"Style is when they’re running you out of town and you make it look like you’re leading the parade."
