  • It isn’t every day where you get to enjoy wine pairings while having Chinese cuisine. At VLV Singapore, its latest pairing menu includes a six-course dinner, each accompanied by a Ceretto wine.

    The dishes and wine pairings are as follows:
    Crispy California oyster with pomelo salad;Blange, Langhe D.O.C Arneis, 2015
    Double-boiled sea whelk and abalone in chrysanthemum soup
    Baked cod fish with egg white scramble; Barbera d’Alba D.DO.C, 2015
    Fresh water scampi with crispy noodle XO sauce; Barbaresco D.O.C.G, 2013
    VLV Beggar Chicken; Barolo, D.O.C.g, 2012
    Luo han jelly, longan sorbet; Moscato d’Asti, D.O.C.G, 2016
