Delish four-course steak dinner with wine pairings at Sear restaurant

Blink and you’ll miss it. For one night only on 26 April, American steakhouse Sear will be celebrating the best of French cuisine. Called The French Collectif, it’ll be hosted by French-Italian sommelier Raphael Viale, and promises a night of specialty meat cuts and seafood matched with premium French red and white wines.
The event kicks off with a glass of sparkling wine and canapes on the 45-storey high restaurant terrace.
Once you’re seated, the four-course dinner ($85++) begins with a Seared Haddock Salad with chorizo zabayonne, paired with Chateau Mathiot Blanc 2014. Then comes Beef Tartare with cornichon, capers, and chive emulsion, chased down by a delicate and smoky Chateau La Mauleone 2013.
For mains, choose between the Veal Cheek Tortellini or Grilled Westholme Wagyu Tri Tip, each paired with an accompanying wine.
