Easter Sunday brunch at Raffles Grill

Here’s yet another Easter Sunday activity to consider: An Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch at Raffles Grill,Raffles Hotel Singapore.
The brunch starts off light and easy with freshly baked bread rolls, homemade butters, a charcuterie platter, and canapés that include pan-fried Foir Gras with wild mushrooms and cauliflower.
As with all Raffles brunches, this one will feature an array of the finest seasonal ingredients, expect a menu of Maine lobsters, tiger prawns, oysters and smoked salmon with Kristal caviar. There are also live carving stations with Omaha Beef Tenderloin and Welsh Lamb Saddle, a selection of gourmet cheese platters, along with a main course of golden turbot ‘Meuniere’ with rice ‘Venere’, fried squid and crustacean foam, which will be served tableside.
For those with young ones, the hotel has planned something special for them, including an Easter egg hunt, and a goodie bag collection filled with treats.
The Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch ($198++ per Adult with Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Champagne, or $218++ per Adult with Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé Champagne) is available on 16 April 2017 at Raffles Grill from 12pm till 3pm.
