Searching for a new place to dine, or looking to hold an intimate business lunch? Atlas has launched its executive lunch menu with eight new dishes. Select between two ($38++) or three courses ($48++), and add wine pairings should you like ($24 for two glasses, and $30 for three).
Starters include blow-torched wagyu beef tartare, a lentil broth and battered cod fillets. Mains comprise a confit rainbow trout with potato cake and Mangalica pork belly with apple chutney. The homemade farfalle pasta is tossed with braised onions, cream of walnuts and finished with torched gorgonzola cheese and a balsamic reduction.
On the sweet side, familiar favourites consist of the apple tart, topped with cinnamon ice cream. Then there’s the Catalan cream served with brown sugar vanilla ice cream and a bitter chocolate tuile.
