Father’s Day at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

Celebrate Father’s Day this weekend with Mandarin Oriental, Singapore at Cherry Garden, Melt Café and Dolce Vita.
Choose between two options at Cherry Garden, the dim sum brunch (S$78++ per person), or the set dinner (S$118++). Dishes include steamed fan shell scallop with minced garlic, Peking duck, abalone with baby spinach and a Chinese desert with lychee sorbet for a twist.
Those who visit Melt Café will be treated to a crab buffet with dishes such as Alaskan king crab, crab noodles, and local favourite, salted egg yolk soft-shell crab. This buffet is available from 16 – 18 June, priced at S$85++ on Friday and Saturday, and S$75++ on Sunday.
Italian restaurant Dolce Vita delights with a spread of pastas, risottos, oysters, seafood and meats, all washed down with a free flow of Ruinart R de Ruinart Brut Champagne. This menu is only available on 17 and 18 June from 12 – 3pm, at S$158++ per person.
