A Four-Hands Meal At Iggy’s With Chele Gonzalez

On 19 and 20 October only, Iggy’s at Hilton Singapore will see its kitchen being invaded by chef Chele Gonzalez (from Gallery Vask in Manila). Together with Aitor Jeronimo Orive, Iggy’s Resident chef, you’ll be treated to a day of Spanish cuisine with Singaporean and Filipino touches.
The eight-course menu is available for both lunch and dinner. It’ll include the following: Foie, with lap cheong dashi and shiso leaf and Mole, a dish that’s made with beef tongue, peas and citrus.
Then there’s also Kwek Kwek, a dish of fried quail eggs, Filipino style, and Iggy’s signature Roti John that’s made from sweet apple meringue and liver mousse.
Prices start from S$130+ per person for lunch, without wine pairing.
