Monti restaurant in Singapore is celebrating its 1st Anniversary, and you’re invited

You know a year has passed by in a flash when you receive an email about Monti turning one this April, even though you recall reviewing the establishment not too long ago.
Well, a month-long celebration is in order. Head chef Felix Chong has designed a special three-course anniversary lunch from now until 30 April. The best bit? One dines free with every paying adult (for lunch only).
The set ($48++) begins with Monti’s signature Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop, served with celeriac puree, Porcini mushroom, chestnuts, and topped with truffle caviar. Then comes a choice of Pan Seared White Cod with smoked almond Romesco sauce or Braised Beef Short Ribs with truffle pommes puree and Barolo wine sauce.
The meal ends on a sweet note with Spiced Red Wine Poached Pear paired with red wine jelly, vanilla gelato, and creme chantilly.
For one night only on 27 April, Monti will host a birthday dinner featuring a six-course epicurean creation ($128++ per person). The dinner will see new creations by chef Leong such as Gazpacho of crab, ebico and tarragon perfume. Mains include a 48 Hours Sous Vide Beef Short Rib served with truffle & cheese espuma.
