Niigata City Food Fair At Tong Le Private Dining

The largest global rice producer in Japan, Niigata City, is bringing its cuisine to Tong Le Private Dining. From 27 October until 11 November, you’ll get to enjoy a specially curated menu by the restaurant’s chef, Ken Ling.
The six-course menu includes unique ingredients such as Sazae, a horned turban sea snail, Koshihikari rice, sea bream and persimmon.
Lunch is served from 11.30am until 3pm, while dinner starts at 6pm and ends at 11pm.
