What you need to know about this year’s TerratoriaOLA 2.0 brunch in Singapore

For those who missed out on last year’s Sunday brunch with Terra Tokyo Italian and Ola Cocina del Mar, not to worry, the gods of culinary arts have heard your prayers. Both restaurants and its chefs are back for a second partnership.
While chef-owner Seita Nakahara is most known for his Tokyo Italian cuisine (don’t call it fusion!), chef Daniel Chavez takes the cake when it comes to whipping up Spanish cuisine.
In a nutshell, expect nothing short of a party in your mouth at this one-day-only brunch session.
Happening on 27 May from 12.30pm to 3pm, terratoriaOLA 2.0 will serve a specially curated eight-course Spanish and Tokyo Italian menu. You’ll savour dishes such as Maguro ceviche with Kabosu dressing, Shirasu Paella alla terra, Rissone Milanese, and beef carpaccio. Chef Chavez will also come up with a Shiso salsa verde sauce, which will accompany the main, a roasted Wagyu striploin.
The brunch menu (S$118++ per person) is offered for just one day, so grab your seats fast. Guests can also opt for the alcohol package at just $10 more. The package comes with a free-flow of cocktails, wines and beers.
