Bees will open to the public before moving to a permanent location that will be exclusive to Mandala Club members
Mandala Club, a private members club on Bukit Pasoh Road, creates meaningful connections mostly through food. Ever since its debut, its dining collaborations have been selling like hotcakes, such as Le Du (Bangkok), Central Restaurant (Peru), and Narisawa (Tokyo), to name a few.
Making a return and marking a significant milestone is the upcoming launch of Bees by Narisawa. Featuring Yoshihiro Narisawa, a two-Michelin-starred chef from Japan, Bees will be open to the public for five weeks starting this 19 August 2024, before moving to a permanent location that will be exclusive to Mandala Club members. This will be the chef’s second establishment outside Japan, followed by Narisawa Shanghai which opened in August 2023.
Fans of Narisawa can look forward to his “innovative Satoyama” cuisine, expressed through the love of terroir and nature’s many wonders. For five weeks, diners will taste his homage to Tokyo’s homegrown street culture, elevated with sustainable Japanese produce and European cooking techniques. The experience will also include a 700-bottle wine list featuring terroir-driven Old World labels, Dom Pérignon, and hand-brewed sake that only Narisawa serves.
