The wine bar, in affiliation with Robert Parker Wine Advocate, has more than 800 labels in its cellars
The next time you’re in Orchard Road looking to continue conversations with business associates, check out Park90 at Regent Hotel Singapore. Each evening, its 40-seater tea lounge is transformed into a wine bar that offers over 800 labels of reds and whites, each with a ranking of at least RP90 and above.
Not sure what to start with? Head sommelier Mason Ng will be on hand to serve and recommend a selection, including Domaine Dujac, Domaine Coche-Dury and Domaine Armand Rousseau. Wines from the Domaine de la Romanee-Conti estate will also be available by the glass, a steal for those who’re just starting their journey of wine appreciation.
Those feeling puckish can also order a selection of food available from Basilico and Michelin-starred restaurant Summer Palace, including deep-fried frog legs and oven-baked Focaccia.
Regular events will be held at Park90, including the upcoming Bordeaux 82/89 vintage dinner ($1,788++ per person) happening on 14 September. The six-hands dinner will feature chefs from restaurants Chef Kang’s, Ma Cuisine and Summer Palace putting together an exclusive dinner for just 96 guests.
If you see yourself heading there on a regular basis, you may like to think about sighing up for Park90’s annual membership (from $5,000).
