In an unprecedented convergence of culinary mastery, eight Michelin stars come together to debut the use of flowers in the tenth edition of Krug’s Single Ingredient Programme
Krug has always been synonymous with luxury and excellence, and this event epitomises those values. More than just dinner and drinks, this is a symbiotic relationship between food, champagne and nature; Krug has announced the use of flowers through decadent dishes crafted by Krug Ambassades chefs, paired with the refined Krug Grande Cuvee 172eme Edition and Krug Rose 28eme Edition.
“At the House of Krug, we continually seek to create profound experiences with our champagnes,” says Nausicaa Charrier, marketing director of Moet Hennessy Diageo Malaysia and Singapore. “We are thrilled to introduce flowers as our 10th Single Ingredient.”
This year, a constellation of Michelin-starred restaurants has come together to showcase unique flower-inspired dishes; each chef boasts an exclusive dish inspired by the floral notes of Krug’s iconic champagnes, culminating in flavours that promise to enchant the senses and elevate the dining experience to new heights. “With their variety of forms, flavours and fragrances, flowers symbolise diversity, embodying our spirit of community united by differences,” remarks Olivier Krug, the sixth generation of the Krug family and current director of the House.
