Klook Concierge and Shangri-La team up to offer guests specialised concierge services when it comes to shopping, food and cultural experiences

The global strategic partnership between Klook and Shangri-La allows guests to book holiday activities with zero hassle

It’s no secret that Asia is one of the world’s most popular holiday destinations in world, thanks to its mega shopping spots, breathtaking islands, delicious food options and cultural experiences. Now, thanks to Klook, a popular travel activities and services booking platform, exploring Asia is going to be easier than ever.

The travel platform recently partnered with luxury hotel group Shangri-La to launch the new Klook Concierge. Currently available at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok,  Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and Kowloon Shangri-La, this service makes it easier for guests to indulge in local experiences by centralising activity bookings under one platform.

Guests will only need to browse through Klook’s selection of experiences via a tablet at each hotel’s concierge and redeem their activities of choice with a QR code or e-voucher. There are hundreds of activities to choose from, and Shangri-La’s Golden Circle members can earn points for each experience booked through the Concierge service, which can then be used to redeem selected Klook experiences in Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing and Shanghai.

From now until 28 February 2019, Shangri-La’s Golden Circle members will enjoy 100 points and a five per cent discount for each booking made through Klook Concierge. The service is also set to offer more than 60,000 unique options such as must-try restaurants, unique tours and popular attractions by the third-quarter of 2019.
