Privacy, space and timeless elegance. These are the hallmarks of every home developed by SC Global, and Cuscaden Reserve is no exception.

Developed in collaboration with two Hong Kong-listed developers, New World Development and Far East Consortium, the 28-storey tower is adorned with golden bronze fins that hint at the refined luxury within. All 192 apartments feature a modular concept as a homage to the Bauhaus movement. Residents can also enjoy the cascading landscape that surrounds Cuscaden Reserve from their balcony.

Apartment sizes range from 700 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit to 3,755 sq ft for a duplex penthouse on the 27th and 28th floors. Recreational amenities, such as a clubhouse, salt-chlorinated pool and gym, are also provided within this development, offering views of lush foliage, sculptures and waterways.

The deal-clincher: Residents can customise their living spaces to their unique needs by, for example, using the interior sliding walls to convert a work area into one for leisure. In addition, bespoke cabinetry comes with built-in dehumidifiers and dedicated compartments for jewellery and watches.

The Founding at Canada Water | London, England

Developed by British Land, the masterplan for this 21-hectare project includes 3,000 net-zero homes, office space for an estimated 20,000 workers and up to one million sq ft of leisure, cultural and education facilities. The apartments are housed in a 35-storey building, which was designed by London-based architecture practice Allies and Morrison. Residents can look forward to an open-plan layout as well as large, metal-framed windows and balconies that offer panoramic views of London. The apartments will also come with soft furnishings that include 100 per cent wool carpets, linens, textured fabrics and recycled materials.
