Presenting the hottest properties for another home away from home
There are beautiful homes, and there are inimitably spectacular ones. The perfect abode, in our definition, is one that laps up magnificent city skyline or ocean views, with a capacious outdoor terrace and a slew of posh (and exclusive) facilities and amenities for residents to enjoy. Here, we’ve compiled a list of luxury real estate listings from around the world that seem to have it all – all you have to do is pick and choose.
Savyavasa | Jakarta, Indonesia
This joint project by Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional and Swire Properties sees three residential towers set amid three hectares of lush landscaping. Prominent names involved in this project include Singapore-based SCDA Architects and international design studio Yabu Pushelberg.
Homeowners have a choice of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, which all come with adaptable layouts to suit the varied needs of residents. Each apartment is equipped with smart home features by Hapitap, including artificial intelligence technology, making Savyavasa the first residential project in Indonesia to have this capability. Residents will also have access to a range of exclusive amenities, including a 1km-long jogging track, which is a rare find in Jakarta.
The deal-clincher: Its location in the sought-after Dharmawangsa neighbourhood puts it in a prime area of South Jakarta with premium shopping, healthcare and educational institutions within easy reach.

Cuscaden Reserve | Singapore
Privacy, space and timeless elegance. These are the hallmarks of every home developed by SC Global, and Cuscaden Reserve is no exception.
Developed in collaboration with two Hong Kong-listed developers, New World Development and Far East Consortium, the 28-storey tower is adorned with golden bronze fins that hint at the refined luxury within. All 192 apartments feature a modular concept as a homage to the Bauhaus movement. Residents can also enjoy the cascading landscape that surrounds Cuscaden Reserve from their balcony.
Apartment sizes range from 700 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit to 3,755 sq ft for a duplex penthouse on the 27th and 28th floors. Recreational amenities, such as a clubhouse, salt-chlorinated pool and gym, are also provided within this development, offering views of lush foliage, sculptures and waterways.
The deal-clincher: Residents can customise their living spaces to their unique needs by, for example, using the interior sliding walls to convert a work area into one for leisure. In addition, bespoke cabinetry comes with built-in dehumidifiers and dedicated compartments for jewellery and watches.

The Founding at Canada Water | London, England
Developed by British Land, the masterplan for this 21-hectare project includes 3,000 net-zero homes, office space for an estimated 20,000 workers and up to one million sq ft of leisure, cultural and education facilities. The apartments are housed in a 35-storey building, which was designed by London-based architecture practice Allies and Morrison. The bespoke interiors were curated by award-winning design studio Conran and Partners to reflect the area’s heritage as a former shipping and timber heartland and a working dock during the 18th and 19th centuries.
Residents can look forward to an open-plan layout as well as large, metal-framed windows and balconies that offer panoramic views of London. The apartments will also come with soft furnishings that include 100 per cent wool carpets, linens, textured fabrics and recycled materials. A residents’ lounge on the mezzanine level of The Founding provides a space to work or socialise.
The deal-clincher: With 186 net-zero apartments, The Founding presents the first opportunity for interested buyers to own a home in this revitalised central London district.
