The seven-course dinner will feature the best of chefs Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazzani and Emmanuel Stroobant
Mark your calendars for 3 October 2024. Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazzani, the executive chef of one-Michelin-starred La Table du 11, is coming to town for a collaborative dinner with Emmanuel Stroobant of Saint Pierre. Said to be one of the brightest chefs of his generation, Lavergne-Morazzani has dedicated his entire career to honouring the traditions of French cuisine while respecting the need for modern, sustainable practices. His commitment to terroir-driven cuisine is eminent, making it the perfect complement to Stroobant’s approach to mindfulness and quality of produce.
The seven-course dinner will feature dishes such as Lavergne-Morazzani’s Imperial Oscietra Caviar on brioche French toast; his signature creamy Camembert, paired with mostarda and hibiscus; and Stroobant’s Minquiers Blue Lobster, glazed with a smoked butter made from lightly roasted lobster shells. The menu will also feature the Basque Country Turbot and matsutake mushrooms, a joint creation by both chefs.
The dinner is priced at S$398 per person, with wine pairings (starting at S$268) and an additional cheese supplement (S$38) available. Guests may also choose to dine at one of Saint Pierre’s five waterfront window tables, a S$488 choice that will reward you with an additional 30 grams of caviar, just because.
