With Saint Pierre and Shoukouwa’s new bespoke dining service, you can now enjoy modern kaiseki in the comfort of your home

If a restaurant’s private room isn’t quite as private as you’d want, perhaps it’s time you consider 4 Stars at Home, a bespoke dining experience by Shoukouwa and Saint Pierre. After all, home is where the heart is, and where you can avoid rubbing shoulders with the masses.

That is, of course, if you love the idea of modern kaiseki. Exploring an untapped market of refined Japanese cuisine executed flawlessly in the comfort of one’s home, chefs Kazumine Nishida (Shoukouwa) and Emmanuel Stroobant (Saint Pierre) have leveraged on their expertise in Japanese and French cuisine, offering a unique interpretation of kaiseki.

In this cross-pollination of culinary creativity, dishes may include Tomato (sweet amela tomato, angel prawn, rock seaweed, dashi vinaigrette); and Lobster (slow-poached Brittany blue lobster, shavings of dried red mullet roe, red miso ‘bisque’), paired with a selection of sake and wine. Everything will be tailored to your preference, with a dedicated team of chefs and staff, trained by Nashida and Stroobant, at your service.

Good for four to 12 guests, 4 Stars at Home is priced at S$480++ a person and available for lunch and dinner every Tuesday to Saturday (Monday and Sunday subject to availability). A site recce of the home and kitchen will be conducted ahead of time, and if more guests are booked for, a rental fee of plateware will apply.
