Launching this 30 October 2024, the book (also called Burnt Ends) is his tribute to the art of modern barbecue and gift to anyone eager to explore the magic of live-fire cooking at home. Conceptualised by Fool Agency, a leader in gastronomic book publishing, Burnt Ends is also the work of co-writer Max Veehuyzen, a food and travel journalist from Perth, and photographer Per-Anders Jörgensen. Available for pre-order at S$95, with shipping starting this 1 November 2024, there is also a special edition available that’s limited to just 300 copies at S$395 each. Designed by Australian interior designer Emma Maxwell, the special edition comes in a custom-made box cast from metal and finished with a polished bronze skull on a matte black metal surface.
