Come 27 February to 2 March 2025, the world’s best golfers will converge for the 12th time on the award-winning Tanjong Course at Sentosa Golf Club, and it won’t just be about precision putts and monster drives. Fittingly dubbed ‘Asia’s Major’, the 17th edition of the HSBC Women’s World Championship 2025 is set to be a full-fledged festival of sport, style, and entertainment—think world-class competition, immersive spectator experiences, and lifestyle elements that make it the must-attend event of the season.

This year’s championship boasts a field so stacked, it’s practically dripping with prestige. Over the course of four thrilling days, nine of the world’s top 10 golfers and 19 major champions will be battling it out. With its challenging layout and, of course, picturesque setting, the course has played host to some of the most dramatic finishes in women’s golf. 2025 promises to be no different; for fans, this is an opportunity to witness history in the making as the world’s elite golfers go head-to-head in a prestigious tournament that has crowned 14 major champions over its illustrious 16-year history.

Beyond the fairways

While the action unfolds on the green, plenty will be happening off it to keep spectators engaged. Right at the Fan Village, HSBC’s Play It Forward activation challenges spectators’ golfing skills and contributes to a good cause all at the same time; proceeds support at-risk youths through the tournament’s charity partner, Trybe. For those looking to test their precision, the Pin Seeker Challenge is an interactive driving range experience designed to bring out your inner pro golfer.

Sustainability is at the heart of this year’s tournament, with initiatives like Bluewater refillable water stations to cut down on plastic waste, a food donation program in partnership with Food Bank SG, and Yeo’s beverages served in fully recyclable packaging.

HSBC is not forgetting the younger fans—a lineup of interactive and educational experiences awaits the little ones. On 26 February, the Bee-Amazed Junior Clinic offers a fascinating look at the role of pollinators in our ecosystem, proving that golf and sustainability can go hand in hand. Elsewhere in the Kid’s Zone, they can get creative with balloon sculpting, airbrush tattoos, and even a DIY signage area, where they can design their own upcycled support signs for their favourite players.

Lifestyle elements and gourmet delights await

No world-class event is complete without a touch of style, and this year’s championship ups the ante with exclusive HSBC Women’s World Championship merchandise designed by acclaimed artist Tiffany Lovage. Fans can grab bold, eye-catching collectibles to commemorate their experience. When play ends, the Fan Village transforms into a lively hub with a fusion of vibrant music and dynamic rhythms that will keep the energy high well into the evening.

For the first time, golfing fans won’t have to step away from the action to grab a bite; on-course dining options mean gourmet bites are just a couple of steps away. This year, Sunbird Brewing Company returns as the exclusive beer partner of the event, serving up signature brews like the floral Birds of Paradise White IPA and the bold Galactic Tropical Stout. Gin lovers can head to the Tanglin Gin Bar to enjoy a bespoke HSBC Women’s World Championship cocktail, fittingly named The Tee.

With an unbeatable mix of world-class golf, immersive fan experiences, and vibrant entertainment, the HSBC Women’s World Championship 2025 is set to be more than just a golfing tournament, with offerings for die-hard golf fans, lifestyle enthusiasts, or those just looking for a weekend of unforgettable fun.
