Hedley Studios collaborates with Bugatti

Hedley Studios, or The Little Car Company as it was once known, has partnered with Bugatti on something quite one-of-a-kind—the Bugatti Baby II. Modelled after the Type 35, the brand’s most successful racing car of all time, the Bugatti Baby II has reduced to a three-quarter scale, electrified and built to drive. A striking yellow exterior is also complemented by an elegant interior of black leather, cured by Bridge of Weir, an innovative family-led brand that’s setting new standards for sustainability and care in the leather industry.

Spring has sprung at Hamamoto

Chef Kazuhiro Hamamoto has come a long way, honing his craft across Kyoto, Tokyo and Singapore for the last 20 years. For him, good cooking is not only about using produce that’s in season, but also about understanding the ingredient’s life cycle, and how to coax the best out of it at the optimum time. The proof, of course, is always in the pudding. For a taste of his soulful approach to food, book yourself a spot at his eponymous 12-seat kappo restaurant, where spring has called upon a selection of peak-season ingredients, from sakura ebi to firefly squid.

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Made of Makers: Khalid Shafar

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Made of Makers programme, which launched in 2022, was designed to unite creators from diverse fields, in hopes of drawing parallels between the worlds of horology and art. To date, the Made of Makers community has embraced the worlds of contemporary visual art, gastronomy, music and perfumery, with creatives such as installation artist Zimoun (Switzerland) and mixologist Matthias Giroud (France). The latest collaboration involves Emirati designer Khalid Shafar,  the curator behind Crescent to Crescent, an evocative art installation that blends the sacred rhythms of Ramadan with fine watch craftsmanship. Unveiled on 28 February 2025 at the Dubai Mall Grand Atrium, the installation will be on display throughout the month of Ramadan.

67 Pall Mall unveils ‘China Uncorked’

Since 67 Pall Mall opened in London 10 years ago, the private members’ club for wine lovers has always embraced every kind of wine. And since China is an up-and-comer as a wine superpower, it’s about time the club showcases some of the country’s best producers. With ‘China Uncorked’ at 67 on Hollywood, its bar residency in Hong Kong, club members (and non-members, too) will get the opportunity to explore a large portfolio of world-class Chinese wines under one roof. They will see how these wines rival their Old-World counterparts and reflect the distinctiveness of China’s terroirs, and get to know lesser-known varieties such as Petit Manseng, Cabernet Gernischt and Niagara.
