The multi-year tie-up will kit out drivers, mechanics and fans, uniting adidas’s Three Stripes with Audi’s four circles with a performance-led collection which lands globally in February 2026, ahead of Audi’s first appearance on the grid
Audi’s long-trailed 2026 entry into Formula 1 now has an apparel powerhouse in its corner. Adidas has signed on as the official team partner to the future Audi F1 team, a multi-year agreement that marries cutting-edge product with paddock polish across apparel, footwear, and accessories for the technical team–and a full fanwear line as well.
The collaboration will deliver role-specific performance gear for drivers, mechanics, and the wider crew, built with Adidas’s latest technologies and a clear brief: to elevate human performance while bringing a fresh design perspective to motorsport culture. Fans won’t have to wait too long for lights out; the Adidas x Audi F1 collection debuts globally in February 2026, just before the team’s first race in March.
There’s intent at the top. Adidas CEO Bjoern Gulden frames the partnership as a decisive step in the brand’s motorsport ambitions. “Bringing together the iconic four rings and our three stripes to the 2026 paddock marks an exciting new chapter in motorsport. As part of our ongoing commitment to F1, this partnership showcases our focus on collaborating with brands rooted in shared beliefs and innovative perspectives, on and off the track,” notes Gulden.
Audi’s factory F1 effort begins in 2026, with its hybrid power unit developed in Germany and race-car operations centred in Hinwil, Switzerland, supported by a UK technical centre—timed to the sport’s next-gen regulations that raise the electric share of the hybrid unit and embrace sustainable fuels. Expect the team (and its fans) to look the part when the new era starts.
