Freeze Frame

While it may be categorised as a fashion accessory, this scarf feels more like a work of art, one that could easily be framed and displayed at home. Featuring a 17th-century drawing by French artist Thibaut Huchard, it captures an equestrian scene where harnesses, manes, and stirrups fly between a seal-brown horse and a chestnut. This feels especially fitting as we approach the Year of the Horse.

In glass

Continuing the equestrian theme, these vibrant glasses take their colours from a jockey’s racing silks. Each mouth-blown piece is formed from one transparent layer and one coloured layer. Once cooled, a grindstone is used to carefully remove sections of coloured glass, revealing decorative motifs beneath.

In full bloom

A weekly delivery of fresh flowers has become the modern indulgence, and the Doublé d’Hermès vase offers a striking vessel for them. Crafted from glass and leather, the vase is made by superimposing seven layers of transparent and coloured glass to achieve depth and a subtle gradient effect. A cuff of supple leather adds a touch of edge and contrast.

Table treats

An ambient lamp by the bedside helps set the mood for rest. Spanish designer Tomás Alonso drew inspiration from theatrical stage panels, translating drama into a composition of geometric shapes, circles, rectangles, and triangles. Made from parachute canvas, a bamboo frame, a light source, and a copper-plated steel connecting ring, the lamp creates a gentle play of shadow and light.

Nothing to hide

Instead of hiding extra tables and only take them out when you throw a party, these pieces are designed to be proudly displayed. Featuring folding legs in solid oak bound with bridle leather, and topped with removable porcelain surface decorated with graphic motifs and finished with a cork-covered base, absolutely functional, elegant, and worthy of taking centre stage.
