There are beautiful homes, and there are inimitably spectacular ones. Here, we’ve compiled a list of luxury real estate listings from around the world that seem to have it all–all you have to do is pick and choose.

Aman is expanding Amanruya, which has been attracting the jet-set since its opening in 2011. Photo by Aman Residences

Aman Residences, Bodrum | Turkey

In addition to a new spa, retail outlets, a beach club and restaurants, the plan also calls for private villas for ownership and investment. Long- time Aman partner Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects has envisioned the expanded Amanruya resort and Beachfront Residential Villas, while leading South African practice SAOTA has designed the Waterfront, Lagoon and Forest Residential Villas. Denniston’s approach draws on the cultural and ecological context of the site, using refined proportions and natural materials to create spaces of quiet elegance, while SAOTA’s vision responds intuitively to the topography of the Demirbuku Valley, with generous terraces, courtyards, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that celebrates the coastal landscape. Set within Amanruya’s private bay on Bodrum’s serene North Coast, the villas will offer an abundance of space and privacy, surrounded by nature and unparalleled levels of service, while being less than a 30-minute drive from Milas-Bodrum International Airport.

The future residents of this apartment will enjoy access to 60 Curzon’s state-of-the-art amenities, which include a pool, gym, and treatment rooms. Photo by 60 Curzon

60 Curzon | London, England

Interior design studio Elicyon designed the interiors of this 4,209 sq ft apartment at 60 Curzon as a homage to famed restaurant Mirabelle, the former occupant of this site which was once frequented by notable figures such as Winston Churchill, Orson Welles, and Leonardo DiCaprio. The palatial four-bedroom apartment showcases unique pieces such as a maple wood grand piano from 1936 and a 300kg marble urn from the 19th century. Soft curves and rounded silhouettes tie the interiors to the building’s stylised glamour and linear geometrical facade, which was crafted by PLP Architecture. An expansive 807 sq ft terrace serves as a natural extension of the elegant interior, with outdoor furniture, oversized antique planters, and verdant greenery. Residents will also be able to store personal items, such as fine wines and whiskies, in the building’s club lounge and temperature-controlled storage.
