Presenting the hottest properties for another home away from home

There are beautiful homes, and there are inimitably spectacular ones. The perfect abode, in our definition, is one that laps up magnificent city skyline or ocean views, with a capacious terrace and a slew of posh (and exclusive) facilities and amenities for residents to enjoy. Here, we’ve compiled a list of luxury real estate listings from around the world that seem to have it all–all you have to do is pick and choose.

Alioth Place | Taichung, Taiwan

Its latest development is Alioth Palace in Taichung’s 7th District. The 0.6-hectare site is Lien Jade’s largest to date. Two 51-storey towers flank a central courtyard garden that’s over 0.3 hectares in size. The towers are the tallest in the city and house residences with a grand 14.5m frontage, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and a consistent mid-sized layout of 2,207 sq ft per unit. Alioth Palace’s proximity to two large landscaped areas—its own garden as well as the three-hectare Maple Garden Park—will allow residents to take full advantage of Lien Jade’s goal of encouraging them to ‘return to tranquillity by retreating from the bustle’.

Clouthaus Residences | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

With floor areas ranging from 549 sq ft to 1,216 sq ft, the residences are thoughtfully crafted with premium finishes and world-renowned brands, including Gaggenau and Bosch appliances, Gessi and Laufen sanitaryware and fittings, marble flooring, and Yale smart digital door locks. Residents will have exclusive access to amenities, such as a 50m infinity pool, lounge and bar, wellness and fitness studios, and leisure spaces with a golf simulator and karaoke lounge. Concierge, housekeeping, in-residence dining, and airport transfers will be provided by the adjoining Paradox Hotel, which makes its debut in Malaysia. Energy- efficient systems, sustainable building materials, and infrastructure for electric vehicles create a future-ready address that unites modern luxury with environmental responsibility. The development, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2029, sits on Jalan P Ramlee and is just 50m from Petronas Twin Towers.
