Tantalise Mum’s taste buds this Mother’s Day

By Weixian Low 16 April, 2026

From leisurely dim sum afternoon tea to celebratory feasts, these Mother’s Day dining experiences offer a delicious excuse to spoil the woman who so often puts everyone else first

Mother’s Day tends to come wrapped in the usual gestures: a bouquet, a card, perhaps a long-overdue meal out. They are thoughtful, of course, and never unwelcome, but they can also feel a little expected. This year, why not raise the stakes with something more delicious? Whether she prefers a languid brunch, an afternoon tea with flourish, or a dinner worthy of the occasion, these Mother’s Day dining specials promise to make Mum feel like the guest of honour, exactly as she should.

Cassia

Cassia offers a more hands-on way to mark the occasion this Mother’s Day with its Floral Atelier Workshop for Two, held on 10 May 2026 from 1pm to 5pm at the Chef’s Table. But those simply after the latter can opt for the standalone afternoon tea, available on 9 and 10 May 2026 from 3pm to 5pm at S$136++ for two, with highlights such as the Steamed Charcoal Bun with Barbecued Iberico Pork and Black Truffle, Spicy Wagyu Beef Puff, and Honeycomb Taro Puffs.
