There are beautiful homes, and there are inimitably spectacular ones. The perfect abode, in our definition, is one that laps up magnificent city skyline or ocean views, with a capacious terrace and a slew of posh (and exclusive) facilities and amenities for residents to enjoy. Here, we’ve compiled a list of luxury real estate listings from around the world that seem to have it all–all you have to do is pick and choose.

Upper House Residences Bangkok | Thailand

Swire Hotels will be flying its Upper House flag in Thailand’s capital by 2029 thanks to a tie-up with City Dynamic, which is a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties. The collaboration involves two ultra-luxury freehold residential towers, one of which will house the world’s first Upper House branded residences. Situated on Bangkok’s prestigious Wireless Road, the development is near two parks, Lumphini and Benjakitti, and also enjoys proximity to the city’s premier shopping destinations, five-star hotels, international schools, and embassies. Together with world-class design and hospitality, residents can also expect commitment to sustainability. Which is not surprising as Swire Properties is ranked number one in the Real Estate Management & Development Industry category of the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index 2024. The 52-storey tower will have 156 units with interiors designed by Melbourne-based Bar Studio. There will also be wellness facilities created in partnership with Bangkok-based spa and wellness firm Goco Hospitality.

Bvlgari Mansions Bodrum | Turkey

A stunning landscape, a history that dates back several millennia (Bodrum was once known as Halicarnassus and its Mausoleum ruins are one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world), and a buzzy maritime and dining scene make this seaside resort a unique setting for this residential project.  The residences are divided into four types, ranging from three-bedroom units with an area of 850sqm to six-bedroom units of 2,800sqm. Every unit will also come with its own swimming pool. Pedestrian paths, electric vehicles, and shared spaces will encourage residents to roam freely within the estate, which will also have amenities such as a world- class spa, beach and children’s clubs, and an event amphitheatre. In addition, residents will enjoy access to the full range of services at the neighbouring Bvlgari Resort Bodrum. Biodiversity will be enhanced through the planting of additional trees and vegetation, while green roofs and the use of local materials will ensure a sustainable approach towards the landscaping.
