The luxe Costa Palmas community on Baja California Sur’s East Cape brings together five-star resorts with collections of branded residences, a 250-slip marina, and more than two miles of beach along the Sea of Cortez.

Here, the Four Seasons has just unveiled its first completed Beachfront Yacht Villa, designed by Brooklyn-based Guerin Glass Architects. The home has already been sold to an anonymous buyer, but it offers a glimpse at the resort complex’s marine-focused residences. Just across the road from the villa, the private leisure complex includes a grayscale pickleball court, a cabana, and a dock.

Pools anchor the front and back of the residence. Out front, an L-shaped water feature wraps around a sunken conversation pit on the second floor, while the pool and spa at the back are accompanied by a summer kitchen and a covered lounge warmed by a fire pit.

The coastal-cool interiors pair light woods, natural stone, and beachy hues. An oversize half-moon couch anchors the living room, where a chic bar with see-through shelving separates the space from the formal dining room. The open kitchen and casual dining areas sit a few steps up, creating a subtle distinction between the entertaining spaces.

The calm guest bedrooms all spill onto patios or balconies, while a bunkroom with double beds offers ample space for both children and adults. Most of the bathrooms are spacious, with the primary bath featuring two sinks flanking a central soaking tub and a blue-tiled shower spanning the width of the room. There’s also an outdoor shower.

Homes at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas start at $8.3 million, with recent offerings including a villa with golf-course views listed for $16 million and another with a private dock and oceanfront pool priced closer to US$22 million.
