In partnership with Windham Mountain Club, the experience also includes private transportation and lunch at the resort’s members-only restaurant
This Manhattan hotel is helping city dwellers get in on the winter fun.
Aman New York is reimagining the ultimate winter getaway with its latest curated experience, Adventures on the Slopes. Following the success of its Adventures on the Water program in partnership with Barton and Gray Mariners Club, which allowed guests to explore the Big Apple by private motorised boats, this new cold-weather offering combines the thrill of skiing in the Hudson Valley with the tranquility and luxury that the beloved Swiss hospitality brand is known for.
In collaboration with Windham Mountain Club, a premier wintertime destination in the Catskills, guests are invited to indulge in a truly epic alpine adventure. Windham’s exclusive 486-hectare mountain, with an elevation of 945 metres, is known for its pristine, uncrowded slopes—providing the perfect setting for an intimate and serene ski experience.

The day’s highlight is a private lunch at Cin Cin!, the members-only restaurant perched mid-mountain, offering sweeping views of the Catskill range. Guests can savor Italian cuisine, all while surrounded by stunning winter vistas. To ensure every detail is covered, an Aman New York butler is on hand to manage every aspect of the experience, from slope-side comfort to seamless transitions between skiing and dining.
For those looking to bring new, stylish pieces to the slopes, the experience includes luxury ski essentials from Aman and Fusalp. Aman Essentials provides Italian-crafted cashmere pieces, while Fusalp’s luxury French ski helmets and tailored ski attire combine both form and function. Guests can enjoy an in-suite fitting for a custom selection of Fusalp’s premium ski apparel, designed to elevate both performance and style. The package, which is available to book until 15 March 2025, is priced from US$20,000 for two guests and US$35,000 for four and includes private transportation.
In 2023, Windham Mountain unveiled an ambitious development plan to enhance its six-decade legacy as the premier Catskills resort—rebranding itself at Windham Mountain Club. With a US$70 million investment from the Beall and Kemmons Wilson families, the revamp included adding a new mid-mountain Italian Alps-inspired restaurant, building townhomes, expanding the golf course, and enhancing its membership program. Currently, the buy-in to the club is US$200,000, plus US$9,000 annual dues.
