Arc Beverly offers four membership tiers, with monthly rates starting at US$300
When one door closes, another opens—in the city of Los Angeles, at least.
A new private members’ club has opened in Beverly Hills, following the closure of exclusive hot spots NeueHouse and the Britely in 2025 and 2024, respectively.
Arc Beverly is overseen by operators Good City Studio, a design and development firm founded by husband-and-wife duo David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, who are behind Equinox Hotels, Ballers, and Fitler Club. Conveniently located inside the former Spring Place building on Wilshire Boulevard, the club is designed to be a place where the city’s elite can work and play.
“Membership clubs are experiencing a real renaissance across the country, and yet there is still a void in Los Angeles specifically,” Potter said in a statement. “We’re answering this need by creating a lifestyle ecosystem where people can work, connect, and recharge all under one roof, complete with a restaurant-quality dining program typically found in the best social clubs.”

Spanning some 6,034 square metres, Arc Beverly includes collaborative work areas, lounge spaces, private offices, conference rooms, a screening room, and two rooftop terraces. Accentuating the building’s unique architecture, the interior is decked out with warm wood, pale tiles, and midcentury decor. It is also adorned with a sculptural wooden staircase by BA Collective, custom furnishings by wHY Architecture, and curated artworks, creating a refined yet cozy feel.
At the heart of the club is Bar + Kitchen. Helmed by culinary director Victor Totoris, the restaurant celebrates the best of California’s produce through menus that evolve with the seasons. Drawing from Totoris’s Argentinian heritage, each dish pays homage to the South American country’s tradition of grilling, or asado, by incorporating at least one element cooked over flames. Think of a hearty sandwich with grilled skirt steak, chimichurri, and caramelised onions. Totoris works closely with local purveyors, such as the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, to bring fresh cheeses, meats, and other ingredients straight to the plate. Bar + Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner, with an outdoor courtyard that can be used for al fresco dining during the day.

Eating isn’t all that members can do, of course. The club will debut monthly rooftop events in 2026, with the calendar including recovery treatments such as cold plunges and compression therapy. Other highlights include game nights, comedy shows, cooking classes, and more.
“By providing a steady rhythm of gatherings, conversations, and shared space, the club adds to the city’s sense of community and supports the people who help it grow,” adds Todd Johnson, CEO and president of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
Arc Beverly offers four membership tiers—Community, Local, Resident, and Private Office—with the highest offering 24/7 access. Monthly rates starting at US$300. For membership inquiries, visit the Arc Beverly website.
