More than 3,800 enthusiasts and 734 cars descended on Bangkok’s Impact Speed Park as Das Treffen X transformed a grassroots meet-up into a full-fledged Porsche festival
What began as a casual gathering of like-minded owners has, in ten short editions, grown into one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant celebrations of Porsche culture. Das Treffen X returned to Bangkok’s Impact Speed Park recently, drawing over 3,800 enthusiasts and 734 cars spanning eras, body styles and badges–all united by the crest on their hoods.

Conceived by long-time Porsche aficionado Sihabutr “Tenn” Xoomsai, Das Treffen has evolved into something far bigger than a cars-and-coffee meet. For its milestone year, the venue was transformed into a series of immersive zones curated by Porsche, anchored by a Porsche Thailand hospitality village. Guests browsed exclusive pieces at the Porsche Lifestyle Boutique, tested their reflexes on racing simulators, and wandered through story-led displays tracing how the marque’s past and future continue to intersect.

The Motorsport zone delivered the weekend’s biggest headline: a legendary Porsche 956, flown in from the Porsche Museum, sharing the spotlight with the modern 963 LMDh race car. Between them, they told a sweeping tale of Le Mans dominance and cutting-edge hybrid performance. Elsewhere, an Adventure zone spotlighted a Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupé that completed a 22,000-kilometre journey from Bangkok to Stuttgart, while Performance and Urban zones showcased the 911, 718, Taycan and Macan, a neat snapshot of how the brand reconciles analogue emotion with electrified progress.
Running alongside the festivities, Porsche Asia Pacific hosted its inaugural regional Porsche Club Presidents’ Meeting, followed by Porsche Club Night at Curvistan Bangkok, further underlining that communities sit at the heart of the brand. As the sun set and the slalom runs gave way to food trucks, live music and lingering conversations, Das Treffen X felt like a promise: that the first decade was only the warm-up.
