Turning his focus to the eyes, Philips unveils a makeup narrative that accentuates the peepers with a harmonious blend of deep and light hues. “It’s a two-step eye look,” he reveals, outlining the eyes with a smoky liner using Diorshow On Stage Crayon 099 Black. Delicately, he applies the light brown shade from the Diorshow 5 Couleurs 539 Grand Bal palette along the upper lash line, infusing a touch of luminosity with the top right shade at the eyelid’s centre.
