Make it a Valentine’s Day to remember with an indulgent dinner at Lawry’s The Prime Rib this 13 and 14 February 2023

It has been said that food is the manifestation of love when words are inadequate. So this Valentine’s Day, go ahead and fill the heart—and belly—of that special someone with an exceptional meal to that conveys your affection in the most poetic of ways. Lawry’s The Prime Rib has devised just the menu to do the job: a six-course meal (at S$128 per guest) that is lavish, indulgent and seductive in equal measure.

Each course is created to get you and your partner in the mood for love. The gastronomic journey starts with an appetiser of Baked Oyster with Jumbo Shrimp and Smoked Salmon, chased with a shot of Island Easter Moscato and Lime Sorbet to awaken the palate. 

The succulent starter sets the tone for the rest of the meal. Following the appetiser are appropriately aphrodisiacal dishes: Goose Foie Gras pan-seared to perfection on the outside and rich and creamy on the inside, and the delightfully subtle slow-boiled Fish Consommé with grouper slices.

The star of any meal at Lawry’s The Prime Rib is the Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef. The beautifully marbled rib roast, which has been aged for 28 days and slow roasted on beds of salt, is carved tableside. The tender and juicy cut is served with sides of Lawry’s Yorkshire Pudding baked in individual copper skillets and US Idaho Mashed Potatoes, making the iconic dish a truly hearty affair. 

Last but not least, the seductively named “Be Mine” Red Velvet Cake and the Blue Lagoon Vanilla Sponge Cake caps the meal on a sweet and sensuous high. 

To make the most out of this special Valentine’s Day meal, confirm your reservation before 9 February 2023. Lawry’s The Prime Rib will add your names on personalised menus to bring home as memorabilia. Also, guests seated between 4pm and 4.30pm on 13 and 14 February 2023 will enjoy 10 per cent off the set menu.
