Kickstarting the culinary journey is the irresistible Creamy Burrata, perfectly paired with crispy, flavourful Prosciutto Crisps and artisan Garlic Bread. An indulgent Asparagus Soup follows, garnished with Toasted Almonds that provide a contrasting crunch to the creamy soup. It is a hearty welcome for the gastronomic delights to follow.
After a round of refreshing Lime Sorbet to cleanse the palate, the headliner event of the feast awaits: a choice of three exceptional entrees, each prepared to perfection.
The Daddy’s Cut Signature Prime Rib of Beef is highly recommended for fathers who are looking forward to the restaurant’s signature beef dish. Aged for up to 28 days and slow roasted on a bed of rock salt for maximum flavour and tenderness, this 150g USDA prime cut is a mouthwatering treat. Served with US Idaho Mashed Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Whipped Cream Horseradish, the Daddy’s Cut Signature Prime Rib of Beef promises to fill our fathers’ tummies and warm their hearts.
Besides the beef option, the succulent Oven Roasted Lamb Saddle offers an equally indulgent and delectable alternative. Slow-roasted to perfect crispness on the outside, while the meat remains juicy and succulent on the inside, the saddle is drizzled with Lamb Jus that simply elevates the textures and flavours.
Last but not least, seafood aficionados will delight in the Herb Crusted Ora King Salmon. Refined and sumptuous in equal measure, the herb crusted skin is a delightful contrast to the moist and buttery salmon meat beneath. At the same time, the richness of the salmon is beautifully balanced with sides of Lemon Beurre Blanc, Pumpkin Puree, and Seasonal Vegetables.
As a fitting finale to this exquisite dining experience, the family can indulge in the appropriately named Berry Awesome Dad, a decadent vanilla sponge cake topped with berries compote.
