Founded in 1986 as a jewellery brand before expanding into haute horlogerie in 2002, Jacob & Co. was the brainchild of Jacob Arabo. Arabo began his career as an apprentice jeweller, discovered that he had a flair for design, and by the age of 21, had already started selling his own creations in New York’s Diamond District. By the time the 1990s rolled around, along with the global explosion of hip hop culture, Arabo found himself at the centre of it all, outfitting some of the genre’s biggest stars and building an affinity with the music community that continues today.

Starting with a diamond-drenched quartz-driven Five Time Zone watch that took the watch and fashion world by storm—especially after supermodel Naomi Campbell was photographed with it— Jacob & Co. quickly moved into the arena of technical watchmaking.

This 101-piece limited edition in a black DLC stainless steel case reimagines the brand’s dual-time complication, depicting continents crafted on a black titanium dial that is stamped, engraved, and filled with hundreds of Super-LumiNova dots that evoke the night view of city lights from an aircraft.
