Louis Vuitton redefines alpine style with its LV Ski 2026 collection

By Amos Chin 21 October, 2026

The LV Ski 2026 collection reimagines winter dressing for women and men, on and off the slopes

As winter approaches, Louis Vuitton turns its attention to the mountains–launching a collection that moves effortlessly between the slopes and the city. Dubbed LV Ski 2026, the collection–spanning both menswear and womenswear–brings together technical outerwear, tactile knitwear, and the house’s signature leather goods, with an emphasis on versatility.

For women, the collection balances alpine practicality with a softer, more considered approach to dressing. Cashmere and brushed silk set the tone, appearing in hooded jackets and separates detailed with Monogram jacquard, embroidered denim pockets, and mountain-inspired motifs. Cashmere piqué knitwear and Sherpa denim introduce texture, while coats and capes offer a more elevated take on cold-weather dressing.

Accessories bring a wintry sheen to the collection. Bags in icy tones and reflective finishes include Monogram Pearly, Monogram Empreinte Frozen, and Monogram Miroir. The latter takes its cue from the glacial landscape, with silver finishes and a rainbow holographic effect that lends the designs a distinctly retro-futuristic edge. Elsewhere, the mood softens with the Cosy Après-Ski selection, where cashmere and shearling meet familiar house silhouettes, including the Capucines. The LV Lodge and Ice Breaker bags draw inspiration from the charm of traditional French Alpine villages, adding a playful note to the collection.

Footwear follows the same balance of function and finish. The Cortina line spans shearling-lined suede mules and boots, alongside leather and technical nylon styles boasting the Monogram motif. The Rangers Territory ankle boot arrives in leather, suede and shearling, while sneakers come in a palette of black, camel, powder pink, and ecru.

Rounding out the offering, the new LV360 ski goggles combine a sculptural design with performance-focused details. An interchangeable lens system allows for quick adjustments as light and weather conditions change, nodding at the maison’s continued exploration of technology through fashion.

The men’s collection takes a similarly considered approach, with comfort and movement at its core. A Monogram Macassar puffer jacket and matching trousers feature side panels for greater freedom of movement, while coordinated technical sets boast denim-effect finishes and corduroy details. For snowboarding, a hooded sweatshirt incorporates a water-repellent outer layer and ventilated face protection.

Away from the slopes, the collection draws on the relaxed spirit of 1990s après-ski style. Loose silhouettes, checked patterns, and workwear-inspired details shape the wardrobe, with versatile layering pieces such as a reversible fleece gilet and a brushed fleece rugby shirt with a denim collar.

House signatures take on a distinctly wintry character throughout. The Monogram Argyle pattern, Monogram Needle-punch technique, and Monogram Snowflake jacquard bring texture and movement to sweatshirts, while the LV Skier logo and graphic LV Summit motif evoke the energy of mountain pursuits in snow-white and earthy tones.

Leather goods make an equally strong impression, with iconic staples receiving a shimmer makeover thanks to the Monogram Reflective canvas. Gold shearling adds warmth and texture to selected styles. The Speedy P9 30 takes a different direction in velvety calfskin with a trompe-l’œil denim effect, finished with white shearling details.

Footwear continues the collection’s interplay of outdoor utility and luxury craftsmanship. The LV City Ranger hiking boot is offered in suede-finish shearling and two-tone combinations of leather, suede, and alligator leather. The LV Trainer is revisited in shearling, Snow Monogram leather, and denim-effect finishes. Beanies, scarves, and washed-denim-effect hats, finished with Monogram Snowflake motifs or oversized Vuitton signatures, complete the winter wardrobe.

The LV Lock mask, available in a range of colours with interchangeable lenses and optional Monogram detailing, brings the collection to its final layer.
