Aman Residences goes to Africa

Just 20 minutes from the Marrakech Menara Airport and the UNESCO-protected walls of the Red City, a new set of Aman private homes has been launched. Set within Amanjena, which has drawn guests to its ochre-walled sanctuary since 2000, Aman’s first branded residences in Africa will provide one the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful corners of the world. Choose from one of three villa layouts, each ranging from 1,530 to 2,260 square metres and equipped with a private garden, swimming pool and staff accommodation. Each residence will also enjoy the resort’s unparalleled levels of service, views of the High Atlas Mountains and proximity to the Amelkis Championship Golf Course.

Nature calls

Frédéric Boucheron always felt a strong affinity for nature in its wild and untamed state, a passion ever so prominent in Boucheron’s archives of jewellery, abound with ivy, thistles, flies and bees. This year, creative director Claire Choisne offers a fresh perspective on this vision with Untamed Nature, a new Histoire de Style collection. Designed to be worn in innovative ways, there are 28 creations to look forward to, allowing nature to “assert itself and take over the body”. Thus, blurring the lines between human form and its surrounding ecosystem.

Chaumet’s tribute to Asia

Bamboo is beautiful, not just for the way it looks, but for the rich symbolism it has been imbued with—integrity, determination and modesty. Perpetuating the historic links it has always maintained with nature, Chaumet celebrates the majesty of bamboo with a new high jewellery collection, fusing nature’s wonder with savoir faire. Items include the heart of the collection: a bib necklace composed of graphic leaves and stems, enhanced by black Australian opal and shimmering gold.
