Missoni Baia | Miami, Florida, USA

Behind the shimmering facade of this 57-storey tower are the colourful patterns that have become synonymous with Missoni, which has lent its name to a residential project for the first time in its 70-year history. From lobby to residences to amenities, the Italian brand’s signature stripes make their presence felt in furnishings and carpeting.

Each residence features a contemporary aesthetic, such as an open-concept living area that blends seamlessly with a gourmet kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf, and sleek cabinetry. Residents will enjoy a suite of world-class amenities such as three pools, two gyms, two spas, children’s play areas and concierge services. Missoni and developer OKO Group assembled a team of visionary designers including Hani Rashid of Asymptote Architecture, interior designer Paris Forino and landscape architect Enzo Enea to create this architectural landmark.

The deal-clincher: The tower’s location in the heart of Miami’s exclusive Edgewater neighbourhood means that owners of any of its 249 residences will enjoy panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean or the city’s skyline.

Price: from US$720,000 for one-bedroom, US$1.1 million for two-bedroom, US$2.9 million for three-bedroom and US$5.250 million for four-bedroom units via Miami Luxury Real Estate LLC
