This year, we have not one, but two restaurants – Les Amis and Odette – clinching three stars
When Joel Robuchon at Resorts World Singapore shuttered last year, many wondered if the city would see another restaurant rise to take its coveted spot on the Michelin Guide. All that was set to rest when Michelin Guide Singapore announced two three Michelin-star restaurants, Les Amis and Odette, the latter which was also on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list this year.
Ten new restaurants received their Michelin stars, an increase from the previous year’s five. Basque Kitchen by Aitor, Cheek Bistro, Restaurant Jag, Lerouy, Asian-French restaurant Meta, Table 65, the newly-rebranded Vianney Massor (previously Bacchanalia) received one star, with Restaurant Zén vaulting to a two Michelin-star post.
Here’s the full list of Singapore Michelin Guide 2019.
