Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s Los Angeles mansion is now for sale

By Robb Report Singapore 10 April, 2026

Listed for US$17 million, the Osbourne mansion sits on over 0.2 hectares, featuring 1,068 square metres of living space

You now have the chance to live as the Osbournes did, in the exclusive Hancock Park enclave of Los Angeles. Marking the end of a 10-year-long chapter for the family, the home Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne shared is now on the market for US$17 million, listed just eight months after the latter’s death.

Purchased in 2015 for US$11.85 million, this piece of Hollywood history goes way back, being designed by the architect AK Kellogg in 1929. It was once home to radio star Frank Bresee and his former Playboy bunny wife, Bobbie Bresee, before getting restored and extensively upgraded by Saw producer Oren Toules and his wife Shereen Arazm, who later resided in the 948-square-metre Tudor-style mansion.

Further careful restoration took place under the Osbournes, who introduced modern comforts while consciously honouring the home’s early 20th-century character. The three-storey creamy stucco and terracotta-roof structure is now hidden behind tall gates on just over 0.2 hectares, offering seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms across 1,068 square metres of living space. There’s elevator access throughout, and a two-bedroom guesthouse with a kitchen above the detached three-car garage.

Interiors are grand, layered and theatrical, with wood-panelled rooms, ornate fireplaces, antique furnishings and a curved staircase rising from the entryway beneath an enormous chandelier, contributing to the aristocratic (albeit eccentric) atmosphere. Besides that, there’s a chef’s kitchen that opens to a family room and breakfast area, as well as a covered outdoor space equipped with a pizza oven and barbecue. The manicured backyard also comes with a mosaic-tiled pool, a must-have in Hancock Park’s Mediterranean climate.

The home is listed with Carolwood Estates for US$17 million
