Osteria Mozza Singapore is celebrating Nancy Silverton’s return with a few good things

By Robb Report Singapore 7 February, 2025

Osteria Mozza Singapore will be welcoming the chef back for a week this 27 February to 4 March 2025

As the Lunar New Year festivities dissipate, it’s time once again to loosen some belts and feast. Starting this late February, a week-long culinary showcase is happening at Osteria Mozza Singapore, with celebrity chef and co-owner Nancy Silverton as the star of the show.

Nancy Silverton x Will Goldfarb

The showcase will kick off with a four-hands dinner (28 February 2025) that will be cooked by Silverton, alongside Will Goldfarb (Air CCCC and Room4Dessert), the pastry chef who traded the grit of New York for laid-back Bali. Together, they will present a thoughtful menu that will reflect a shared passion for bold, sustainable and innovative flavours. Highlights include Nancy’s Caesar; Air CCC’s Signature Whole Grouper, an elaborate dish of fish head rillette, confit-style fillet and fish bone lavash; and The Sugar Refinery, a Will Goldfarb hallmark creation featuring soursop sorbet, coconut nectar cream and other sweet treats.

Dinner is available at S$168 a person (wine pairing for S$100), with an early-bird option of S$148 if a prepaid reservation is made by 16 February 2025.

Meet with Nancy Silverton

Fans will have the chance to connect with Silverton over a spread of her trademark piadina sandwiches as well as pastries and sweets from her latest cookbook, The Cookie that Changed My Life. Happening from 3pm to 5pm on 1 March 2025, tickets are going at S$58 a person, with the option to add on a couple glasses of cocktails or wine for S$42.

Feast on this

Silverton’s signature tasting menu will make its debut as a five-course dinner, starting this 1 March 2025. At S$138 with a S$100 option for wine pairing, the meal will showcase the best of Osteria Mozza’s mozzarella bar, grill, pasta and dessert. Look forward to Chargrilled Porcini-Rubbed Short Ribs, Smoked Burrata and Peas, and Torta della Nonna, a creamy cheese and honey tart that Silverton’s grandmother used to make.

Those who prefer ordering à la carte, there will be new pizza and pasta dishes launching on the same day. Swing by at lunch or dinner if you’re keen to try the Cacio e Pepe, Casarecce with Guanciale, Cime di Rapa Pizza or Bitter Greens Pizza, which will taste better than it sounds, considering the guanciale, bagna càuda and egg it comes with.
