Prudential Singapore introduces the new Prudential Wealth Suite

By Alvin Wong 31 March, 2025

There’s a new space in Singapore’s financial district where wealth is handled with care and expert discrenment

Prudential Singapore recently unveiled the Prudential Wealth Suite in March, a dedicated space for high-net-worth individuals seeking more than standard financial advice. Tucked into the mezzanine level of the newly reopened customer service centre at Prudential Tower, it offers a discreet, elevated environment for personalised wealth planning.

The move arrives at a pivotal moment. From 2023 to 2024, Prudential saw a 16 per cent increase in HNW customers, with sales up more than 40 per cent. Since 2018, its team of Private Client Advisors (PCAs)—financial specialists trained to serve this segment—has expanded more than six-fold.

“The Prudential Wealth Suite is part of Prudential’s strategy to support the continued growth of wealthy individuals in Singapore and the region,” says Goh Theng Kiat, chief customer officer of Prudential Singapore. “It is designed to deliver seamless and convenient holistic advisory to our high net worth customers.”

Housed within Prudential Tower’s reimagined customer service centre, the Prudential Wealth Suite blends lounge-style ease with digital-age convenience, including video servicing for those who prefer to plan remotely.

More than just a plush setting, the Prudential Wealth Suite is equipped with serious advisory muscle. A key feature is the presence of an in-house advisor who partners with PCAs to help navigate more complex financial needs. For those with intricate portfolios, eligible clients may also tap into a curated panel of external experts covering tax and business advisory, legal and estate planning, fiduciary and trust services, family office structuring, and legacy giving.

Strictly by appointment, the Wealth Suite offers calm, considered counsel in a space built for discretion. Among the latest offerings is PRUVantage Legacy Index, an indexed universal life product designed for long-term protection and succession planning.

As more discerning clients look for thoughtful, future-ready wealth solutions, Prudential’s latest move is proof that in the world of wealth, it’s the finer details that count.
