EightyTwo transforms the essence of comfort, luxury and aesthetic elegance with bespoke home solutions that are crafted to reflect one’s personal tastes and enhance your well-being

At EightyTwo, one of Singapore’s foremost interior design studios, the essence of transforming a house into a home is at the core of every project. With more than 12 years of award- winning expertise, EightyTwo believes that home design transcends mere visual appeal. Instead, the studio embraces a holistic philosophy, aiming to engage all of a homeowner’s senses and even tap into an elusive ‘sixth sense’ that is dedicated to enhancing well-being.

Having successfully completed over 300 projects and earned 12 prestigious design awards, EightyTwo specialises in crafting luxurious interiors for condominiums and landed properties. The studio’s commitment to collaborating closely with clients ensures that each space is uniquely theirs, reflecting their personal vision and lifestyle.

In Singapore’s District 10, EightyTwo has redefined luxury living with a unique blend of comfort, sophistication and nature-inspired design. This serene enclave, with its understated luxury and nature-infused elements, offers a living experience like no other. The symphony of textures, a hallmark of this space, adds a unique touch to everyday living.

EightyTwo has masterfully designed the living spaces to exude warmth and refined opulence. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living, dining and kitchen areas, creating a sense of spaciousness and airiness. The false ceiling feature enhances this feeling, making the space feel even more expansive.

Earth-tone hues and carefully selected furnishings define Regency Park’s interiors, blending modernity with natural elegance. The dining room allows the family to gather and experience elegant, simple beauty. The natural landscape inspires a visually impactful feature stone wall in the dining area. It serves as a backdrop for the Tolleni T5 dining table with an elegant Emperador marble grain paired with Enrico Pellizzoni Pasqualina chairs, all from P5 Studio, dominated by the purity of lines.

When it comes to design, EightyTwo’s primary focus is on creating functional and comfortable spaces for all users. In this house, it has strived to create a place where every family member can spend time at their favourite spot without feeling apart.

Horse riding and a passion for the outdoors are evident in this home. Large wall spaces are dedicated to artworks depicting equine interests, including one piece by Raphael Macek, a renowned equine photographer. This luxury residence is not just a home, but a space designed to create moments of delight for many years to come. It is a home driven by the pursuit of togetherness, where families can come together and create lasting memories.
