At Revolver’s private experience room, dine with only your favourite people and enjoy dishes you won’t normally get at the restaurant itself
If you’re looking to celebrate a special day with close ones, in an intimate setting, and with highly delicious food, do it at Revolver’s private experience room. Hidden on the floor above Revolver, a refined grill that cooks the way a worldly, adventurous Indian chef would, the room is for anyone willing to spend big money on venturing outside the traditions of Indian cuisine. Inside, the decor is modern and slick, filled with a sumptuous shade of red and velvet, and it fits as many as 50 standing guests and seats up to 14 people, with enough space for a live band and DJ console.
What should one order?
Create an entire menu tailored to your occasion, or opt for one of the tasting menus—Omakase (S$299 per person), Experience (S$229), Discovery (S$169) or Vegetarian (S$169). Enjoy signatures like the Comte Kulchette, a greasy flatbread stuffed with cheese and generously dusted with Black Perigord truffles; the Delhi Paneer, blistered by fire and served on a bed of winter spinach before getting topped with shishito pepper; and a Saffron Cheesecake that’s to die for. Private experience room diners will also get to enjoy exclusive dishes, such as Japanese King Crab, Whole French Turbot and Mayura Station Tomahawk.
Get the room to yourself for the entire day (10.30am to 11pm) for a minimum spending of S$10,000, or keep it simple with lunch or dinner. Minimum spending is S$2,000 (lunch) or S$3,500 (dinner) on weekdays (Tuesday to Thursday) and S$3,000 (lunch) or S$5,000 (dinner) on weekends (Friday to Saturday).
What else is there to know?
Want to bring your own wine? No problem. Each table is entitled to two 750ml bottles at S$75 each, and one large format bottle of 1,500ml at S$150. Alternatively, buy a bottle from them and get a single corkage fee waived in exchange.
