Age of Intelligence: which forms of intelligence can AI not replicate?

On 2 November 2026 at METT Singapore, Robb Report Singapore’s Age of Intelligence gathers leaders and thinkers from its Thought Leaders community to examine the qualities that machines have yet to master

In 2026, the word “intelligence” has narrowed to a single meaning. It is increasingly shorthand for artificial intelligence: the models that draft, design, forecast, and advise at a pace no person can match.

Yet the forces that shape power, influence, and success remain distinctly human. A model can analyse a portfolio, but who decides what is worth passing on? It can generate a thousand images, but who chooses the one that matters? It can measure a team’s output, but who notices when a leader is losing the room?

At Age of Intelligence, we’re taking up these questions.

Age of Intelligence

Concluding Robb Report Singapore’s October Power Issue, the afternoon forum in METT Singapore’s Junior Ballroom will be built around three pillars.

Wealth intelligence considers stewardship: the discipline of preserving and growing what has been built, rather than merely holding it. Creative intelligence argues that original judgement, rather than technical execution, is becoming the scarcest currency in an increasingly automated market; AI can produce content at scale, but it cannot exercise taste. Emotional intelligence examines how empathy has moved from soft skill to measurable leadership competency, now written into performance reviews and succession planning across industries being reshaped by AI.

Rather than deliver a verdict on the machines, the afternoon leaves its audience with a more personal question: which of these capacities are you cultivating, and which are you handing over?
