The Singapore Yachting Festival 2025 delivered lifestyle experiences and stunning vessels
With over 12,000 visitors, 100 participating brands, and 70 yachts on display, it’s fair to say this year’s Singapore Yachting Festival delivered all that it promised. Expanding beyond the marina, this year’s festival adopted a more cohesive approach, incorporating lifestyle experiences that appealed to discerning visitors. The VIP Lounge, for example, made possible by J.P Morgan, offered an exclusive space for guests to network and connect over a delectable selection of fine spirits and canapes.

While a stunning exhibition of supercars, that included Aston Martin’s DB12 Volante, and live demonstrations of water toys caught the attention of guests, it was the regional debuts of world-class vessels from leading brands that left a lasting impression. Among these were the Bluegame BGM75 exhibited by Simpson Marine and the Azimut Seadeck 7 by Azimut|Benetti.

The BGM75, a 22.75m neo-catamaran from Bluegame showcased the Italian shipyard’s avant-garde approach to yacht design, sporting a more verticalised architectural structure instead of the traditional boxy silhouette of a typical catamaran. The Azimut Seadeck 7, meanwhile, flexed the technological prowess of the Azimut|Benetti group, boasting an impressive hybrid electric-diesel engine that is estimated to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 40 per cent.

“The response to SYF 2025 has been overwhelmingly positive, with visitors, exhibitors, and partners praising the curated experiences, innovative concepts, and range of yachts,” says Arthur Tay, chairman & CEO of SUTL Group and ONE°15 Marina. “It’s a strong affirmation of Singapore’s growing stature as Asia’s premier yachting hub.“
With the success of this year’s festival, it seems the committee has already begun planning for next year’s edition. Set to take place from 23 to 26 April 2026, the Singapore Yachting Festival appears eager to build on its momentum, promising greater scale and participation. While only time will tell if it’ll deliver yet again, the news further cements Singapore’s burgeoning yachting landscape.
