Breitling celebrates first anniversary of Raffles City flagship
The new Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Singapore Flagship Edition has been launched, not just to celebrate an anniversary but to honour Breitling’s most iconic timepiece, which has been the choice of aviators and tastemakers for 72 years. A work of art in style and function, this exclusive Navitimer features a 43-mm stainless steel case with a bronze dial, the Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01, water resistance of up to 30 metres and 70 hours of power reserve. It is limited to only 60 pieces worldwide.
Bentley now offers sustainable leather
Bentley Motors recently became a part of Leather Naturally (and the first automotive member ever), an international NGO dedicated to promoting the use of certified, responsibly sourced leather. As part of its ongoing commitment to becoming a global leader in sustainable luxury mobility, the luxury British marque now offers sustainable leather as an option for customers. Utilising a sustainable leather tanning process that uses an organic by-product of the olive oil industry, this leather is produced with tanning agents free of harmful heavy metals, minerals and aldehydes.
Montblanc’s ‘legacy’ goes green
The Montblanc Star Legacy is back again in the form of two new limited-edition timepieces: an Automatic Date and a Chronograph Day & Date. Limited to 800 pieces each and available in 43mm stainless steel cases, both watches feature open casebacks (for greater appreciation of the mechanics), water resistance of approximately 50 metres and Montblanc’s interchangeable strap system (with options for a stainless steel bracelet or green calf leather strap).
Guerlain brings the spa home
Combining two decades of research in skincare and facial techniques, Guerlain now allows you to bring a signature facial treatment home. The new Guerlain Morpho-Protocol, comprising three products—The Fundamental Oil, The Neck and Décolleté Cream, and The Mask—is rich is Orchid Morpho-Peptide TM. This unprecedented technology, which contains the highly regenerative Orchid Totum TM molecular extract, allows skin cells to regenerate and the skin to return to its youthful state. With The Fundamental Oil, for instance, one can look up to six years younger, and with The Neck and Décolleté Cream, one can achieve “Botox-like” qualities.
Dyson’s first hair care formulations
Dyson’s next step in the world of beauty lies in its first-ever wet line styling products—the Dyson Chitosan range, comprising of the Pre-Style Cream and Post-Style Serum. As the name suggests, the hero ingredient, Chitosan, is a complex macromolecule derived from the cell walls of oyster mushrooms. It is what that flexibly locks in styles without stickiness, brittleness or crunch, allowing hair to move, flex and recall its style, even if the day’s drenched in humidity. One can also achieve a much hydrated hair with up to 50 per cent less frizz, a promise not many products can offer.
